How to translate your survey into multiple languages

Speak to your customers in their native language by running a multi-language survey. It's always a good idea to present your survey in several languages because it will increase your response rate, participant reach, and will delight your customers.

To translate a survey into multiple languages, follow the steps below:

• Create your survey if you have not done so already. The survey should be created in your base language, by default this is English, but it can be in any language you prefer.
• Click Surveys → Select the survey you want to translate
• Click Settings → Language
• Click Add Language, then either fill in the form or click auto-translate to do this automatically.
• Select the Questions tab, and fill out that form or click auto-translate.
• Repeat for any other languages you want to include and press save.
