Tripster Developers
Shopify Select Partner Building Stores, Themes & Apps from AucklandAbout
Tripster Developers is a Shopify Select Partner and ecommerce web development agency based in Auckland, New Zealand, with an office in Sydney and a base in Atlanta opened in June 2026. Certified Shopify and Shopify Plus experts since 2016, the team builds custom themes, high-performance stores and native Shopify apps trusted by more than 4,000 merchants worldwide, and holds a 5.0 rating on the Shopify Partner Directory. The agency is 100% New Zealand owned and operated, and every layer of the commerce stack is delivered in-house rather than outsourced.
Founder Pratham Jani started out in 2015 freelancing for Amazon and Rakuten sellers before finding his first Shopify clients, becoming a certified Shopify expert and opening Tripster's first office in 2016. The work covers custom Shopify themes coded in Liquid, bespoke features built with app blocks, Shopify Functions and checkout extensions, Shopify Plus builds with Checkout Extensibility, Flow automation and multi-store setups, and Odoo ERP implementations with two-way Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce connectors that keep orders, stock and fulfillment in sync. Client results include Ferkos Fine Jewelry growing from $10k to $1.5M in order volume on the way from Basic to Plus, and eWatch Parts keeping 18,000+ products in sync across Shopify, eBay, Amazon and Walmart.
Tripster also publishes software of its own through Miko Apps, including Miko Loyalty & Rewards, Miko B2B Wholesale Pricing, Miko AI for retention and email, Product Rentals, Subscribe & Save, Restock inventory and purchase orders, an AI help center and Authentica certificates of authenticity, plus a suite of Odoo apps. Pricing is published openly: custom agency work runs from USD 49 for a small fix and USD 899 to 3,500 for a starter store up to USD 15,000+ for enterprise Shopify Plus and ERP projects, with support retainers from USD 450 a month and a fixed-price quote agreed before any work starts.
For brands using Zigpoll, Tripster can build post-purchase and on-site surveys into a new theme or Shopify Plus checkout as part of a store build, and wire survey responses into the same Odoo and automation workflows the team already runs for orders and restocks, so customer feedback reaches the back office alongside the sale.
