How To Set Up A Custom Sender Domain
Do you want to fully whitelabel your automated email surveys so that they come from your business domain? No problem! Get this set up by following the steps below:
- Log into your Zigpoll dashboard
- Click Settings on the top left hand side
- Enable the switch labelled Custom Sender Domain
- Enter the email domain you want to use (ex. mg.yourbusiness.com)
- Add the printed TXT records to your DNS provider and click Verify Domain
- Once your DNS records are verified, your custom sender domain will be activated automatically. Try sending out an email survey - it will now use your custom sender domain.
That's it! Once you take those steps, all outbound emails will be sent using your custom sender domain.
